The experience begins with a tour of the vineyard and cellar, offering an engaging insight into Podere Le Cinciole’s winemaking philosophy and its various production stages. This is followed by a guided tasting that allows you to compare three different vintages of Chianti Classico, appreciating the unique nuances that develop over the years and understanding how the vintage influences the wine’s characteristics. The tasting also includes a sample of extra virgin olive oil, paired with fresh baked goods.

Next, you will visit the cellar, where guests explore and learn about the various stages of winemaking, from grape to bottle.
