Vinification and Aging: Grapes harvested by hand and carefully selected from single vineyard. After destemming they are delicately crushed, punched down and collected in cement vats for a long and slow maceration. Fermentation occurs spontaneously through indigenous yeast and is achieved in cement tanks.
Aging in traditional French Oak barrels of 25 Hl. for 24 months and another year in cement tanks. Finished in the bottle for 12 months.
This wine is dedicated to Luigi thanks to whom our project of life has been possible. A warm and rich Sangiovese style with the authentic taste of a Chianti Classico.
