Vinification and Aging: This Reserve is the result of a careful selection of only Sangiovese grapes from a single vineyard placed slightly lower, between 430/450 msl. The soil has a greater clay component. Vinified in a natural way by spontaneous fermentation in cement vats, after the racking continues the elevation in traditional oak barrels of medium capacity (25 Hl) where it remains for about 24 months. Continue its refinement first in cement vats and finally complete in the bottle where it remains for a long time.
