Vinification and Aging: Sangiovese grapes are specially harvested at the right degree of ripeness in order to obtain finesse and balance without excessive alcohol content. The de-stemmed grapes stay briefly in the press for a slight maceration. The must is then vinified “in white” at a controlled temperature. The richness of floral perfumes, delicate fruity hints as well as evident mineral notes, characterize the gustative freshness of our Rosato which, like all the other wines coming from our vineyards, shows elegance and persistence.
